BACK HOME

After arriving home to a dead car and broken furnace we are now enjoying some normality!  The furnace is fixed and the car is running.  Tom is off running errands and checking in to get some sub jobs and I'm at home getting the house cleaned and enjoying Lucas who is with me.    He's such fun!    I miss the sunshine and warmth but I'm very happy to be home with family.

Good Bye Arizona!

It's Saturday night and we're all packed and ready to go.  It's been a wonderful winter but it's time to go back to the Midwest and back to normal.  Wish I could bottle up some of this sunshine and bring it with us!

Desert Botanic Garden Chihuly Glass Display

Today we visited the Desert Botanic Garden to see the glass display by Chihuly.  The place was ablaze with color!  We really enjoyed the glass and the cacti that were in bloom.  It was a worthwhile outing!

Tom found that he's really enjoying hiking.  Here he is on one of his favorites,  He's making it upward, standing on top and the view of the fountain in Fountain Hills from high atop the mountain.
